Everything but the delivery was great. On the day of delivery I was waiting for phone call or notification that the flowers had been delivered. However to my dismay after checking the front of my apartment building the flowers had been delivered and left in the winter weather for a couple of hours without anyone ringing my apartment or phoning me. After a few hours in the cold about 50% of the flowers had wilted.
Beautiful and thoughtful arrangements.

I requested delivery on Fri 11/10. They were delivered today. Additionally, the picture of the arrangement gave the impression the flowers would be arranged upright in a vase, not in a box bunched together with no enhancements

I am very disappointed as I paid for an upgraded bouquet and the bouquet looks very small- it looks like a $30 bouquet not one that cost almost $60. It was my first time trying his company and I expected a bit more value for the price.

I don't like that you don't do full disclosure of the total price (WITH SHIPPING) until the very end. I tried to edit my order to choose a less expensive item but it only let me edit billing or card details - I couldn't change the item to get the total price down after I saw how much it was. Only completed the purchase because it's a same-day order.
The item got delivered same day as promised. My only beef is that the site promised same-day delivery within 4 hours. I ordered it at noon ET. When I called to follow up, the fromyouflowers.com rep told me it would be delivered by 6pm. When I called back at 3pm, they told me it would be delivered by 7pm. My email confirmation confirmed it had been delivered by 4:45pm which was great! They just need to sync up the delivery time so that the timing message is consistent.
Overall, I'm satisfied!

When ordering for next day delivery it didnt state that it would be in a box shipped through ups. I was expecting for the price i paid that they would be delivered to my mother personally and not left in the back room at her job where ups left them. We didnt even know they were delivered till hours later. I dont think i will be buying from here again. Over 50 dollars on flowers not even for them to be delivered to her personally.
Place is a joke. I requested for and was charged extra for the flowers to be delivered by a specific time. I called two times to make sure after the first order confirmation they spelled the persons name wrong. After being assured by two different employees the flowers were still not there on time. I would highly recommend not using this company if you need flowers somewhere on time!
