Flowers were great, they just attached the wrong card.
I placed 2 orders of flowers, one to my daughter and one for my wife with chocolates. My wife received her flowers and chocolates at the end of the day. I was shocked! The flowers were hot and wilted and the chocolates were melted. Never again will I place another order. I hope I get my money back. Same outcome with my daughter's flowers and chocolates. I am very disappointed and sad.

I ordered the flowers for someone out of state. The flower shop called and said the Lily's in the original order didn't look to well so they asked if they could change the arrangement with the Thanksgiving centerpiece. It arrived beautiful, and they sent me a picture of it. I was very pleased with the service and beautiful arrangement.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
