The flowers are absolutely lovely! The local florist did a beautiful job in locating the tropical flowers and assembling this contemporary arrangement. My brother and sister-in-law love them and are excited to show them off to their dinner guests. I had upgraded to a larger arrangement, and the florist exceeded my expectations! The flowers and leaves had more burgundy tones than I expected, but they will transition nicely into the Christmas season -- they don't look look purely autumnal, but they're flowers for all seasons! I will certainly use FromYouFlowers again!

Always beautiful and fresh flowers
I order from them this morning to send Birthday flowers to my mother-in-law to be delivered same day. I got a notice at 6:00pm that this delivery will not happen until 11/27/17 and I will get my same day fee of 2.99 back. Her birthday is today, not in five days from now. Not only can I not order from another service now because they emailed me at 6pm the day of, but I can not go get her a gift because it's a national holiday tomorrow. I was refunded three dollars as an inconvenience. When I called they said 'we can upgrade your deliver' as if bigger flowers mean it's okay I'm five days late for her birthday. I called upset and they happily processed the refund with no care that I have been screwed over by their service. I will never use this service again, would not recommend that any one I know use it. You might as well use one of the other big companies where you pay maybe five dollars more, but actually get the service you pay for.
The only problem I have is the "additional" delivery charge. How else are flowers, etc. going to get there other than delivery? I don't send flowers that often mainly because of that cost.

Always added expenses with delivery etc. Looks good initially, like you're getting a super deal until you complete the final order.This was a gift to my sister had she said it was pretty, I have no idea how it looked. It arrived on time. I get these discount coupons from you but when everything is added on it just doesn't seem like such a good deal. I must say I ordered many times from you and a least the delivery has been prompt and sent to the proper address be it a hospital or a private address.
When I ordered the flower my total was under 20.00. I was charged 35.00 to my account. Not sure why when I had a credit, which should have been taken off my order. Not sure why when I ordered had an amount of $17. Something... and charged 35 and change on my card.
