I appreciate your expedience with this delivery. My only request is that you check with the customer first before you send the card to the recipient. The card was supposed to read "From Your Sisters,, Rosemary & Patsy" Instead it read, "From Your Sisters. Rosemary and Hartwig". My sister thought it was funny, but for the money I paid for this order, $57.00, I would have expected that more care. Other than that my sister was very happy with the "Balloon Bouquet!"

The flowers were beautiful and the process of ordering them was simple and fast. My only complaint is that I ordered same-day delivery and the flowers were delivered two days later. The delivery time was really important in this situation otherwise I wouldn't have cared that much. I did get refunded the same day delivery fee straightaway.
