I ordered delivery date on 27th but it had never come. So I called the store to find out where is my flower. She tracked my order and apologized and said "I will follow up with your case". Finally it arrived at my husband's office at 17.15 which is he already left the office. It supposed to be a surprise for him on his BD. By the way, the operator did a very good job of dealing with the case, I am impressed even though the delivery was late.

Only issue is, I had coupon for $15 off. Flowers were discounted by $8. So couldn't apply larger discount. You did give me free delivery. So worked out.

My order was to be delivered ib 11/19. I received an email stating it would be 11/20. They were not received until 11/21 as they had misspelled the name and put the wrong apartment number on the order! I even checked my order confirmation and everything was correct on my order.Very disappointed as the birthday was on the 11/19. If they couldn't be delivered on a Sunday, that should be listed and I would have put them for a day earlier. As it was they were now 3 days late!

The website had out of season flowers which I thought I was getting and no one called me to tell me until after I called the customer line to complain. When she had already received them. Bad for business..
The end product was great! My only gripe was when I called at the end of the day to verify the order was delivered they kept saying by the end of day. Found out later the delivery happened 3 hrs earlier. Only then I received a delivery notification. Again the flowers and delivery time was great from the time I placed the order!
