I was fairly pleased with the shopping experience, however, I was surprised at the $15 shipping plus added tax which nearly doubled my original order. I almost cancelled it, but decided to do it this time. I was happy with the living plant arrangement when it arrived. Thank you.

The flowers delivered looked nothing like the photo & even needed to be rearranged by the recipient to look presentable. I was embarrassed at how bare & poorly done it was. It made me look cheap. I paid $10 more for the deluxe version & it wasn't even as good as the base version.

Service was not satisfactory at all. Inspite of paying an extra charge for same day delivery, the order was delayed. Moreover, as it was meant to be delivered on the wedding day, the delivery next day, when the couple had left for their honeymoon, meant that the order served no purpose.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
