Delivery prices makes it hard to send a nice arrangement to your loved ones when their broken flower arrangement looked nothing like I thought they would receive order showed beautiful color yellow light purple arrangement that was received was only white flowers and not very full at all! Couldn't be with my sister with lose of my brother in law very disappointed

This is my third and last order that I will ever place with FromYouFlowers.com The first order placed was an arrangement in soft pink, purple and white. The arrangement sent was reds and white, looked nothing like what was ordered. I was offered a $15.00 credit. The second order took 3 extra days and 3 phone calls for my delivery. They upgraded the arrangement and it was beautiful. This last order looked nothing like the birthday cake floral arrangement ordered. They used holly berry and red ribbon, the picture is in lavender and soft looking. Not only that, they sent me a delivery confirmation that was totally bogus! I spent about 30 minutes with Customer Service for them to tell me that this happens often and when they called the florist, the florist said it was still out for delivery. The flowers were not delivered until almost 2 hours after the email stating that they had already been delivered. I will not be using FromYouFlowers again. They do not deliver the products or service that are promised. The amount of time spent tracking down my orders and being dissatisfied with arrangements that don't look like what I paid for are not worth the little bit of savings offered.
