Had just talked to my son who's away at college and had a final exam bit didn't think he did so well and was sad. Ordered a candy basket that night and had it delivered the next day! He couldnt have been more surprised and happy. I asked him to take a picture but he said he had already dug in and was too late!

The ordering process was easy. There were a variety of arrangements to choose from for every occasion. I felt that the delivery charge was a bit excessive, but all in all, I appreciated the convenience of being able to view the available arrangements, order online, and have it delivered within the time frame stipulated.
The handling fee at the end was a surprise. I would shop around if I have more time.
My friend sent me a pic of the arrangement.the flowers havent bloomed yet!...that's not what I expected! If that's the way they normally come, you should explain that up front! Disappointed..

Delivery prices makes it hard to send a nice arrangement to your loved ones when their broken flower arrangement looked nothing like I thought they would receive order showed beautiful color yellow light purple arrangement that was received was only white flowers and not very full at all! Couldn't be with my sister with lose of my brother in law very disappointed
The order was of a sleigh that said oh what fun... metal! It arrived a glass sleigh no words and a day late. Not happy and very much against riding in the future!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
