I ordered same day delivery of a plant for a close family friend and the death of her loved one. I wanted the plant delivered the day before the funeral. The funeral was today, Dec 6,2017 at 10:00. When I arrived for the funeral today I find out my order had not been delivered and I had received no call or any indication from fromyouflowers that there was. Or might be, an issue. I called to find out what happened to my order and was told they did not deliver yesterday as the funeral home told them not to - this is not a true statement. I talked to the funeral home and they DID NOT tell the florist to not deliver the plant. The only time they would tell a florist not to deliver is if the florist was trying to deliver after hours. I really feel this issue was not handled in a professional way. This is not the service I expect from fromyouflowers.
Ordered as a gift and I was told that the arrangement was beautiful. It was nice to have it delivered within 24 hours of ordering without having to pay extra fees to do so. I'm happy with my experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
