I've ordered three times from here and all has gone well except...On two occasions I requested a certain day for the flowers to be delivered. On both occasions, they were not delivered when requested. Asking when you want the flowers delivered and then ignoring that requested seems nonproductive. Maybe you should take that question off your website as it doesn't seem to matter anyway. The flowers (I've seen pictures) are beautiful. I will continue to order from here and tell my friends to do the same.

My Aunt near LA loved the flowers and they arrived in time
There was a little miscommunication because of a system malfunction but customer service was on the ball to contact the shop my order was sent to and they ended up refunding my same day delivery fee, upgraded my package and delivered the very next day. Amanda from the customer service center was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to get to the bottom of everything. I am an extremely satisfied customer even with having a late delivery and I'll tell everyone to order from this site. The florist also sent a handwritten apology which seemed very personable and just wonderful. Thank you a billion!
These were a gift but I was disappointed that the flowers were just left outside and the person was not notified, had an phone, address and email and did not let them know.
