Floral plant was given as a thank you to someone in Florida. It was delivered on time. The person who received it was extremely pleased. She sent us a picture, which was exactly as shown on the website but the actual plant that she received looked even prettier and nicer than the website. It was easy to order and I would recommend this site.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
