I ordered the Christmas Tree plant as a thank you gift. Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time. I was disappointed that the final product received did not look like the picture. In the picture was a groomed tree with roses around it, mini silver & red-colored balls, tiny red bows around, and a larger red bow at the top. What was received was a tree with branches sticking out, few roses, red ribbon (too large) in place of some roses, no mini colored balls, and nothing on top. I don't feel this was a professional arrangement equal to the money paid.

Shipping was not delivered on promised date. That is fine I understand the weather was crazy yesterday, but UPS updated me more with my account with them than your website or customer service did. I think it is unfair to charge for shipping when it is not delivered as promised. Not only that but I had to verify who I was to check on my order which is fine I gave my name and my order number but I could not provide the recipient's name because there are people here that know them and it was supposed to be a surprise I did not want anyone telling the recipient if I said their name to maximize the surprise. Then she asked for my preset message I did not know which message she was asking for the one I put on the message was about his surgery, but maybe she meant the one I left in the comments about being worried about the shipping? Either way she was unhelpful and did not clarify. Then she put me on hold and the line was disconnected or she hung up on me. I guess I will never know. I will not recommend or purchase from people who do not provide adequate customer service especially when there are other options available who are more accommodating to the customer. Please fix your verification process it is unclear and frustrating especially when your company is the one that did not delivery in a timely manner. Thank you.
