The recipient was pleased with the flowers and sent me a picture, however I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the arrangement as compared to the online pictures. Of course I know this varies as you use local flower shops to fulfill these orders, but it just looked messy and halfheartedly put together. The flowers were clumped together in one section and the firs were sparse and drooping along the edges creating a lot of ugly empty space.
Took advantage of a sale to send some just because greenery to my wife and children. My family was very happy and excited to receive the poinsettia plant that looks absolutely beautiful!. Have had great experiences with From You Flowers in the past, and this current order continues the trend

I paid for more flowers on my tree and i only got a few
The flower arrangement delivered had a lot less flowers than described and included no roses like it was supposed to. So the arrangement was not what was expected for the price I paid. I was very, very disappointed. It looks like it was false advertising. When a person spends a lot of money on an arrangement, they expect it to be exactly what was ordered.
The roses were small. Wasn't as pretty as I thought it would be.

Quick efficient way of ordering flowers but the recipient described something a bit different that what was ordered.
I can't answer some of the questions because the order will not be delivered until 20th December, so have given an 'average' rating on the ones relating to quality and delivery times. However, I am impressed with the customer service I have received and the speed of response time. All in all, a positive experience - thank you!
Reliable Service
This is the first time I've had an issue. It wasn't delivered on the date I selected, instead it was delivered a day late. They did not leave a delivery attempt notice for the original date. I called and from you flowers made it right with a gift certificate.
The ordering process was awesome. The prices were ok but could have been a little better but the delivery took way too long. I had the order shipped to my wife's office. Thought they would get there 4 hours after I placed the order at 8AM. Hey got there about 10 minutes before she left at 5pm!
