Always a good experience purchasing the flowers. The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers she received and I was extremely disappointed. It was not anywhere close to what I saw online to purchase.It looked like someone just stuck the flowers in the vase. The card stated it was from Shirleys flowers in Hawaii.If you are going to show a photo, you need to show it like it really is.
Very fast assuming deliver does happen same day. It did but was late in the day.

Great selections! Easy to use the site. HOWEVER, fees tacked on at the checkout were a bit of a surprise, adding more to the total cost than I really had planned to spend. Also, delivery was supposed to be Dec. 8, but did not happen until Dec. 13th. Hard to navigate tracking my order as well.
It's great, but I never get free shipping and I've ordered from you guys for years lolol. I need to learn how to get specials and free s/h, other than that, it's great! My mother lives far away and she loves all the flowers I've sent her through the years From You Flowers! That's why I stay with you.

We thought she'd receive a red candle like in the picture, but got a white one. Other than that, she's was very pleased.
These were sent for holiday so I didn't see them personally, but I received a big thank you from the receiver with the description that they were beautiful. Also delivered on requested day. Thank you so much and happy holidays.

The flowers that I ordered and the flowers that arrived at the funeral home were not the same. The flowers I ordered had multiple roses and were much bigger than the pathetic flowers that arrived. I was embarrassed by the sad arrangement that arrived despite my paying for the deluxe version. My order came out to just over $100 for about $15 worth of flowers. I have pictures to prove it. Never again will I order from fromyouflowers.com
