It has been quite a lot of hassle to get to where we are now. I won't know if things are properly resolved until I see my Visa statement and talk to the recipient after Christmas. It is disappointing that the site offer flowers which are not available.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
