Although I didn't see the delivered product (delivered in another state), the comments I received were very complimentary. Delivery was on time and received in very good condition. Very pleased once again!

Made sure my best friends graduation flowers were perfect. Even though she was at work, made sure she received them at her apartment. The price was the best one I found for a quality product

Very difficult to enter a foreign billing address correctly as your template does not allow for different formats.

Again, your feedback form needs to be adapted. I bought flowers as a gift for a relative in the USA but questions on the feedback form are worded as if I had ordered the flowers for myself.
I haven't seen what arrived at my sister's place & she is too sick to take a photo for me or even to respond.

I was not happy with the flowers delivered. They looked NOTHING like the picture I chose from. I chose an arrangement in the shape of a Christmas tree. What arrived looked like it was thrown together and not at all like a tree.

The additional fees for handling is bs and terrible. If you want to have reliable customers, don't add random fees at the end.

Not near as big of bouquet arrived as was pictured.

These were send to a dear friend who is a patient and they arrived with no message and no name of the sender--also from a photo I saw they didn't look full or what I expected from the picture I ordered from.

I chose the local florist special, so i wasn't sure what it would look like, the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and even better than anything I saw pre-done! Fantastic job!

Flowers looked nothing like the online picture. I complained and received a small discount but they were no where near worth the money still paid. Customer service was good, delivery was good but I will never come back. Too expensive and too unsatisfied with flowers

Picture better than actual product. OK but knowing what I do now I would have picked another item.

The flower selections are great, but it's just so expensive. Also, it would be better if the site indicated whether the pictures of the arrangements are "regular" or "deluxe".

Better service than ftd. Granddaughter loved the entire package. She said it could not have arrived at a better time. Was having a rough day after surgery and it brightened her day.

My mother was so delighted with the flowers, especially the beautiful colors and arrangement. Thank you for making her day special.
