I was not happy with the flowers delivered. They looked NOTHING like the picture I chose from. I chose an arrangement in the shape of a Christmas tree. What arrived looked like it was thrown together and not at all like a tree.
The additional fees for handling is bs and terrible. If you want to have reliable customers, don't add random fees at the end.

These were send to a dear friend who is a patient and they arrived with no message and no name of the sender--also from a photo I saw they didn't look full or what I expected from the picture I ordered from.
I was so excited with the picture of the flowers I choose it had With alot of yellow flowers with beautiful red carnation in between. And a few green flower. The flowers arrived with a lot less overall flowers and the green was most of the flowers and hardly any red ones and yellow was not the prime flower like the picture. Very disappointing, I had a yellow theme going on for my best friends 60 the. And I believe the card I wrote they left out some stuff. Too much money for less of a product.
I chose the local florist special, so i wasn't sure what it would look like, the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and even better than anything I saw pre-done! Fantastic job!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
