This is the 2nd chance. Gift basket did not look at all what picture portrait.Went to visit the recipients from this gift. They were told because they were not home at the time of deli very they or I was going to get billed an extra $10.00. Basket not worth the money. Will never order from youflowers again
I ordered a large poinsettia plant for be delivered to a funeral home. The plant was delivered on time, but I was very disappointed. The plant was to be in a gold container, it was in a straw basket. The plant was wilted and small. I have seen larger plants for less price.

They were delivered at 4:30 p.m. The cost of this torment $74.48. So I was not really a valued customer.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
