I wish it would have been delivered earlier than 6pm
Very happy with the service I have received in the past but I'm disappointed in this order. The greenery in the flowers is dead. It does not look well and ruined the gift.
I wasn't able to attend the funeral in person, however my daughter sent a pic. They were beautiful "Thank You" so much for taking care of my request. I will be back in the future and will certainly tell others.

Every thing turned out great. My daughter received her Birthday flowers before noon. She liked them a lot and sent me a picture of them. They looked just like the picture in the add.

When the person received the fruit basket he said it was very nice.
I was disappointed in the misrepresentation of the picture of my arrangement online and what actually got delivered to my wife. The arrangement had a 2/3 less flowers than the picture and look very different. The arrangement was still pretty but was not what I paid for which means how could I in good faith I the future order an expensive arrangement knowing that it could possibly be very very different and light on flowers. It would be a gamble, I believe at this point. Other than that everything else is pretty much top notch.
It would not have been so bad but the website was very difficult to use. To change the mailing address was impossible!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
