YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!
I gave specific directions with the name and phone number, the delivery person failed to deliver in a reasonable amount of time. The delivery person assumed the receiver was a patient at the hospital, when in fact most people in a hospital our employees, that's who the flowers were for, so there was much confusion. Very very disappointed
I changed my order this year from Oh! Christmas Tree to the Teddy Bear Tree arrangement for my sister. This year's arrangement was pretty but just did not compare to the Oh! Christmas Tree arrangement. I was a little disappointed this year and I could tell so was my sister. She absolutely loved the arrangement last year. Going back to Oh! Christmas next year. The flowers were delivered on time and the order was complete, however; the order was left outside of the garage and were not noticed until the next day. Being out all of the night the fresh flowers in the arrangement died. The person to whom they were delivered said that previous orders had been left at the side door of the dwelling. The residence where the flowers were delivered may be confusing as to the main point of entry, but that was what happened.

I love the services and product! The person that receive the flower was so happy to get them, especially since the estimated time was pretty early from was expected to be.The only thing i will subjects is to cut the flowers if a customer add a vase for it so when the receiver get it and put the flower inside won't look soo separate and empty inside the vase, another thing is that the red roses look so good but you could give more volume to the amount of baby breath flowers that you give because as i say i bought the vase for the flower looks better as the picture display. Note: i did read your instructions of how regular, deluxe and premium means but i guess i expected to look like the regular picture. Overall i love your services and i will definitely buy from you guys again. Thanks you and Merry christmas.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
