I sent this as a gift. My greatest disappointment was in seeing the picture of the flowers I ordered. This arrangement is NOT what I ordered. I ordered "Golden Elegance Christmas Tree Premium" I ordered a premium because it needed to be special.
I want a refund I am so unhappy with this order and the changes your group made.

I ordered the Christmas tree and paid for the upgrade. It was awful. A mess. I understand that it would not look exactly like the picture but it looked like someone threw it together and put a bow on it. The recipient sent me pictures via text and I was horrified and embarrassed.
I immediately called customer service. After hearing what had happened, they offered to re-deliver another one the next day and gave both the recipient and myself a gift certificate.
They also informed the florist of my complaint.
Although this did not go as planned, the customer service was outstanding. The company does make every effort to rectify a situation.
Purchased as a Chritmas gift for my sister and they received it after 6p.m. Which I feel is just a little too late for my liking... Especially when the order was placed plenty of days in advance...

Everything was absolutely outstanding even when I was contacted regarding the delivery address, thought everything would be fine but then I was told the date would be changed which I was ok with but the delivery company said it would be delivered pm but they tried to deliver am when I was out leaving message saying would be delivered on original request date eventually I had to go and collect from fedex depot
