The pictures were deceiving as to what we received, the flowers were way too small for what we got, very disappointed.
The arrangement is beautiful and arrived on time. Just two things that I want to note: the small red berries shown in the arrangement online were not included in my arrangement; and instead of the beautiful plaid ribbon shown online, my arrangement had a green ribbon that I don't care for and consider not as classic-looking as the plaid. But overall, a lovely arrangement.

Love the web site...easy to use.I placed 3 orders. I ordered a red Christmas sleigh with red and white roses and carnations for my daughter. What was delivered was a pinkish bucket with a Christmas motif on it with pink and white flowers. I understand you have to substitute sometimes but I ordered ahead of time so the florist would have ample time to fill the order. They did include a bigger fuller arrangement that was pretty. Just disappointed she didn't get the cute red sleigh with flowers.
I bought christmas flowers and got some garbage arrangement that didn't look anything like what I ordered. I called twice and couldn't get you to answer phone. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute charge.
I decided not to buy because of shipping fee but the free shippinb coupon closed the deal!
However the flowers seemed more Christmasy themed instead of just a regular birthday
Good service so far. I will know if service was really good after delivery. The flowers were delivered they are smaller than I expected, but pretty.
