As this wouldn't let me do a TRUE survey, let me explain: I ordered the Christmas Tree Celebration, that is NOT what my family received, although they loved the arrangement, it was NOT what I ordered.
THAT being said, the Delivery was a 5++++, the shopping online was a 5, the price was a 5. Would I recommend is a 1, would I buy again is a 1, because they ask for my phone number, you would think they would've called and told me and asked me what I would like them to do instead...hmmm, why ask for the number than. BUT in ALL fairness delivery was excellent, it was there on time and the flowers were lovely and fresh.
The product, price and delivery service were excellent. The only issue I have is that I was not aware of the $14.99 "handling fee" until I had placed my order. Considering that that fee was 1/3 the price of the flowers, I feel you should make the customers aware of the fee before they submit their order.

The birthday present for my mother was delivered 1 day late. I specifically chose the date a few days earlier than her actual birthday because she was born on December 25. It was supposed to be delivered on December 22. It was delivered on December 23. Not a happy camper about this. Because I hadn't heard from my mother thanking me for the delivery, I had to call my mother to see if she had gotten the order. It ruined what should have been a surprise. Nevertheless, she was happy with the order itself.
This is a fantastic flower shop I ever shopped online. The bouquet is SO gorgeous. Your delivery is right on time. I would order this from you again.
