I received a picture of the flowers I had ordered for my family in West Des Moines, Iowa, once they received them. It was not the arrangement I chose and I also felt it was not nearly the premium bouquet I had ordered. This one was mostly greens and had very few flowers, I paid a high price for the best O Christmas Tree possible. Disappointed. Hope the ones to Cedar Rapids and Charles City turned out better.

I only received half of my order, at first. I thought part of my order had been cancelled. It turns out the other half of my order was completed by a second vendor. It was delivered later than the first. I was not aware of it at the time.
One gift basket looked a bit nicer than the other. But, overall, I am satisfied.

The picture on the website made the flowers appear to be more than was delivered.
I ordered 12 long stem roses. But one of them was very shriveled, I'd rather have just had 11 good ones. And it was delivered a day early. Which was fine since the person was home. But I thought that was odd

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
