For the 2nd time in 2 months, I received confirmation that the order was delivered when it actually wasn't. Apparently when the delivery is attempted, it automatically triggers a delivery email. Both orders were eventually delivered (at a later date) and I received partial credit and a certificate towards a future purchase. I'd stay away from same day delivery.
Disappointed because I only chose to order from u (rather than a local florist) because I supposedly have a $12.31 credit but that didn't come off of my order! Also, prices for the flowers went up $4.00 just in the time I was ordering today!
After this, I called the 800 # & was taken care of then, thank you!

Promised delivery was24+ hours late. Customer service was 'stupid' with no reason for the delivery delay and only could tell me she was sorry for my inconvenience and when requesting to talk to supervisor I waited over 20 minutes and finally hung up. Very disappointed! Will never order from them again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
