I called about my order, and the man {Romeo}, called the shop who delivered the order, they were closed, it was about 6:30p.m. He said to call tomorrow, and check, At 7:30 my friend called and had just received the flowers, they were beautiful, I think I got anxious and checked on line, it had said they were delivered and had not got there yet, I am sorry, I was worried. Thank you all so much, Merry Christmas!

Flower arrangement was missing Christmas balls.Only one! Not like the pictures and red roses were droopy and limp. I've ordered 5 times. And was always pleased. Not this time sadly. I would like compensation please. Delivery Girl was Great as always!

I have used this website many times, and all have been very pleased with the quality of the floral arrangements they have received...but today's delivery was just a bunch of pine branches...no decoration whatsoever...I was so embarrassed to have had this atrocities delivered to my daughter-in-law...order #*******...

Says sameday and didn't even deliver on the sameday then get a email saying they would not be delivered the sameday I sent them sameday for a reason. Won't be using you again. Very unhappy. Would like a refund

I had ordered a Christmas red with white flowers and pinches in a red vase, what was delivered was pink flowers with red tips just did not look like what I had ordered for Christmas. My daughter in law said it's pretty but does not look like the order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
