The flowers were for my daughters birthday. While tracking to see the progress it says that due to severe weather conditions the delivery was postponed until the following day. The roads were not that bad and in fact have been 10 times worse! I feel it was an excuse and when she finally received the flowers the next day they just left them on the front porch in extremely cold temperatures! Not happy! I don't think I will order again from your service! I will call florist directly!

I ordered flowers for my mom. What was delivered was not what I ordered. I called customer service and had to go through a supervisor but got the issue satisfactorily resolved.
My mother-in-law said this arrangement was beautiful and that she really liked it. It was not the color I chose; therefore, I cannot really tell what her arrangement looked like. She did not state whether a card with all my carefully worded text was attached. I believe she would have responded to it had it been attached.
My other several arrangements sent to her have been beautiful and beyond reproach.

Order was not delivered on the desired day. They apologized and refunded the small "same-day" fee, even though I placed the order the day before the desired delivery date.
My responses are based upon the recipients comments. The survey should have a question realting to the circumstance, for example, was this a gift for someone else or did you see the flowers yourself? Based on the respondents answer should determine whether some of the questions are applicable. This was a gift for someone out of state. She stated they were beautiful. I have based my response regarding the product satisfaction and delivery upon her response.
The flowers I chose had a lot of orange flowers and an orange vase. I chose it because orange is my daughter's favorite color. This was for her 25th bday
There were only three orange tulips which had not bloomed yet, and a clear vase.
The arrangement was nice just not the colors that I order for my daughter.
Ordering was easy. I can't wait to see the delivered bouquet. The arrangement was for a male relative that died. I received a big pink and whit arrangement with a big pink bow. Some of the flowers appeared to be wilted. I was most disappointed with the color selection. The flowers were also not as fancy as the picture I saw to make this choice.
