Lovely bouquet my mum was delighted,good quick delivery i would recommend this florist to anybody.
I have used this site a number of times and always pleased with the result. The service surcharge should be noted up front, however, in order to avoid sticker shock. The discount code (thanksgiving discount) was a huge help. The $10 discount toward future purchases given in my follow up email is a huge bonus and definitely helps ensure future purchases from this service.
Flowers were delivered the same day I ordered them and the recipient loved the flowers

I ordered a bonzai gardenia that was guaranteed to have blossoms, according to the website. What was delivered had no blossoms and looked like it had just been pruned. It was ordered for a friend with cancer undergoing chemotherapy, so the aroma element of gardenia blossoms was a very important reason I spent over $70 for this gift. I am not satisfied with the results of my purchase

The order and delivery went fine this time. But the previous flower order for a funeral wasn't delivered on time. So they suggested having them delivered the next day to the family, which they did. So everything worked out fine. They were very nice and friendly and easy to work with and you can't beat the price so I will order from them again when needed.

It is easy but still pricy. We saw the final product today at lunch and it was not as lush and full as it was in the photo.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
