Not a major issue- but would have reconsidered placing the order had I known about the 14.99 service/handling charge, and the 2.99 "same day/weekend delivery charge" when it is not on the dsame day, and not on the weekend for delivery!
Flowers were Birthday gift and arrangement was very much Smaller than website picture!
The shipping and handling is too expensive. The 20% coupon didn't seem to cover anything.
This "clear blue sky" arrangement appeared to have some blue flowers mixed in, which is why I picked it. After arriving, I was told that there were only a few springs of purple blossoms, but all the rest of flowers were white. Which is pretty against the blue case. I was just expecting a few blue blossoms. Deliver window was great!
Sent as a sympathy gift. The recipient said they were beautiful and arrived at a perfect time. The price was steeper than anticipated but worth it.

Order was placed the 7th and said it was to be filtered that day. Didn't get delivered till the 8th. So that was disappointing thought I was paying for same day that's way I chose this site. If could not should have informed me.
Good prices and easy to use site. I ordered these for an out of state death and not too pleased with the arrangement. I would of preferred a different arrangement. Next time I'll choose my own flowers. Too many colors for bereavement. All white would of been much nicer.

The flowers looked old and half dead I order same day delivery for an occasion dident got them till the next day it was to late so I wasted money buy using this site
