Easy fast and efficient
I was told my shipping would be free but it wasn't. At least I got my 12.31 discount.The product I received looked nothing like the online picture. I was very unhappy. It also died within 3 days of receipt.
I have no complaints. Flowers arrived as promised and recipient was very happy with them.
I received different offers from different sources (i.e. 20% off, 15% off, $12.99 rewards, and another offer for free shipping if I completed my order. However, ALL the offers amounted to nearly the same total price. The item price was jacked up and then the corresponding discount applied to equal the same price as the other discounts. Essentially, there was no discount or rewards dollars applied...complete false advertising!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
