Flowers were delivered on time. My only qualm is that there is a 15.99 (or 14.99) delivery fee which didn't show up until the payment page. It also didn't change with how close or far the flowers were being delivered. It upped my costs quite a bit which I didn't expect. Other than that, the bouquets were beautiful and the recipients were pleased.

I asked to have it delivered on Tuesday. It was delivered on Friday. It was smaller than I thought it would be.
I am satisfied with the overall quality of the product and the delivery. However, I selected that particular bouquet because it pictured lots of blue and stated in the description that it contained blue delphiniums. Blue is the recipient's favorite color, and I would only have chosen a bouquet that contained blue. The recipient reported to me that what was delivered contained no blue at all. It was all white and yellow. I am very disappointed.
The flowers were beautiful and at a reasonably priced. The only issue I had is they tell you one price is the total then charge shipping and handling.
The unannounced Service & Handling charges are NOT APPRECIATED

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
