The delivery time was excellent and the ordering process was easy. I ordered teo arrangements. One was ok but apppeared smaller than the flowers in the photo. However, the second arrangement was disappointing! When you select an arrangement, consumers see options for deluxe or premium. I ordered the more expensive option. The recipient sent me a photo. It was merely an overstuffed vase of folders. This was disappointing.
Good site! I would suggest allowing the customer to change flower arrangements without having to retype everything else though.
The picture online and the actual product don't look similar. While there are a few yellow roses and white lillies, the blue/ purple full color was lacking and filled with baby's breathe, fern, and greenery. The lillies were still mostly closed. When you are expecting a vase full of flowers and recieve one full of green, artistic interpretation must be running rampid.
Easy and painless...but I expected better quality. Flowers appear d to be have been crammed into small vase. Didn't look anything like the website picture.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
