Let me just say if I could give 100 stars I would! I ordered a peace lily plant to be sent to my sister in law. I'm in Texas she's in Connecticut, I ordered a day before in the afternoon and picked the next day service. I didn't expect delivery so fast but the next day around 9:30 am I got a text from my sister in law saying she received her plant. She was so happy being that the peace lily plant was her favorite and a total surprise from me. She said how beautiful and full the plant was and was literally in tears. It made both of ours day! Thank you from you flowers

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
