My mother was very disappointed with the flowers that you sent. She said that they looked like a 5 year old had jammed them down in the vase in gobs. The vase is not what I ordered! Some of the flowers were wilted. My Mom was in the floristry business for 10 years and had never seen such a poor job. I did not pay to have artificial flowers put in it. The only thing that she did like were the ribbon and the baby rose buds. I will not order from you again and I will tell my friends!

I don't care for doubling the price of the flowers for delivering, but I, also, appreciate the fact that it was done in a timely fashion. I heard that the flowers arrived and were very nicely done.
The actual flowers received were pretty but were much smaller than the picture shown for the price. I was somewhat disappointed with that.

Didn't realize that it would not arrive already arranged. Lost its impact by arriving in a box. Thought the ballon I added was a full size Mylar balloon but was a very small one on a stick. Very disappointed.

You should be more up front about that $14.99 fee. Only appeared at checkout. I feel that should be removed as your pricing is misleading.
I dont like that i have to enter my payment information before seeing the total amount due. Doesnt make me feel like my card information is safe. My mother was very happy with her flowers though, made her day. Seems expensive just for some flowers but it was worth it for my mom.
