Nice flower arrangement, somewhat different from order. Easy shopping experience and good response time on e mail questions. The service charge of $15 higher then other florists and unclear till checkout.

Also, I wanted to use a $10 gift credit that you emailed me but there was no place to enter that. Since I used the $12.19 credit I had I did get a discount so that was good even though I couldn't also use the $10 off.
It was very nice and easy.
I find it ridiculous that you have such a large handling fee which is only available to see at the very end of placing your order.
