It is so easy, i am however careful of what I order.
I recommend having a place to add any comments or requests when making a purchase. I was happy with my order, but I would of liked to order a specific flower/color if available.
I am very happy with the service, the delivery person and the flowers. They are beautiful, my sister loved them and the delivery person was great and worked with a small situation (locked gate) so that my sister could still get her flowers. I okayed her to reach in and leave them on the inside of the gate for my sister to find later...she did that and she agreed to send me a text message with a pic so I could see how they looked. She was very sweet and accommodating thank you so much! Great company I will definitely use you again.
I received an email saying flowers were delivered but they weren't. That prompted worry that I wouldn't receive flowers today, frustration by thinking who would steal my flowers, and time wasted calling your 800 number. The flowers were delivered about 15 minutes ago and the delivery person was considerate and the flowers beautiful, but the vase is pink, not red as on the website, and the flowers are red, pink, and light orange, not like on the website.

The delivery florist triggered a delivered confirmation email several hours before the arrangement was delivered. In the current world where packages are snatched from peoples doorsteps and mailboxes, this was ill advised. It prompted the receiver to go looking for a delivery that was not there yet...including the residence office...and ultimately a call to FromYouFlowers.com to verify if it had actually been delivered.
It was confirmed that it had not been delivered...but was guaranteed to be there before 6pm, with an additional delivery confirmation.
The arrangement did not arrive until almost 7pm. The vase of the actual arrangement did not look anything like the one pictured and the the flowers were very dry and droopy with one of the roses falling off within 30 minutes of it's arrival.
The additional delivery confirmation email did not ever come. There was a satisfaction survey email that came the next day...and it is not going to be a good response. I never provide reviews, good or bad...but this experience is prompting me to do so.

I was feeling a bit insecure about the same-day delivery. But, my Dad received his flowers while he was still in the hospital. They brightened his day and he said that they were nice. REALLY nice! I also received a confirmation email. I appreciated the ease of the process and the follow up. Thank you. It meant a lot!

2/5/18. Yesterday, I placed a same day delivery with expedited service and the flowers were not delivered. Nor was I contacted to be informed that the flowers I sent my mom would not be delivered. I emailed the company yesterday and this morning. Each time I was assured that I would be contacted as soon as they heard from the florists. I just called about and was informed that they received a message from the florist around 8 am this morning stating that they attempted delivery yesterday but were unable to make contact. There is a home security system with cameras and motion detectors. I get notified when anyone approaches my home and when someone rings the doorbell. Further, I have constant live feed. No florist every showed up to the house to deliver the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
