Disappointing
This is the second time I ordered from you. Last month I sent birthday flowers to my friend. The said they were so beautiful and lasted 2 weeks. I hope these do the same. '

I didn't realise there was a 'handling charge' until right at the last minute - why not just add it to the bouquet charge?
Item was not delivered on the specified day and I was not informed of this. Had to chase it up myself.

Easy to do, now we shall see, thank you, she loved the flowers, my only drawback was on the delivery, i understand sometimes the logistics come into play, your site states business delivery is between 9 and five, when she had not recieved them by 4:30 i had to spoil the moment of suprise and tell her flowers were on the way, so she had to stay and luckily able to stay at the guard station and wait, it was after 6:00 before the flowers arrived, luckily also she loved the selection made. In the future i would not hesitate to place another order, i would like to see a better delivery time as stated on your site for business time, thank you though for getting them there on the same day as ordered, gary
Right on time. I was worried about the shipping with ups and starting in another state. But they arrived fresh and intact.
