Website forced me through Paypal, when I did not want that pay type. Also, pricing was misleading as the service charge was not apparent until checkout. This is not any less expensive than other online providers and I'll most likely revert to proven providers for future.
LOVE EVERYTHING I WILL PLACE ANOTHER ORDDER
When my wife opened the box, she said the flower arrangement was lovely. Unfortunately, there were a few parts of the bouquet that were a brown color. We're disappointed that a company that guarantees fresh flowers would send a bouquet that was already turning brown before she even removed it completely from the box. It should not be too much to ask for a company that says they "work hard to ensure your bouquets are fresh" to live up to what they tell customers, and not present a product inferior to what was promised. Fortunately, the company has a "100% satisfaction guarantee" which states they can send something else or refund the payment, and we shall take them up on that. In fairness, the flowers were delivered on the day requested, and they are lovely, and that explains the 3-out-of-5-star rating.
Order # ******* which was the 2nd order I placed was delivered on Friday instead of Saturday,whic was the preferred delivery date. I paid and extra 10.00 to "make it special" with 2 extra mylar balloons which was never added to the "bouquet" that was ordered. Please refund 10greater than00 to my account or have someone call me at *******746. I tried to call the 1-800 number but was left waiting on the line, and later the line went dead. Not happy.

I just received the arrangement I am very disappointed with these flowers the advertisement said Valentine day arrangement it's not even close to what I expected had roses and other flowers. This arrangement has no roses and a couple of carnations. I have ordered arrangements before and they been spectacular. I would like to be refunded my money or this made right.
The high quality and arrangement of the flowers were well received. My girlfriend loved them. I was however very disappointed with the little error made on the card which made a big difference in the meaning of the message. Part of the message was supposed to read 6.0 but was delivered saying 60 which is why my overall experience dropped to a 3 star rating

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
