I am very disappointed that my 4 hour flower delivery took over 48 hours to arrive. That was the only reason I chose your company. I won't use your company again. :(
I've ordered from them twice. The first time the flowers were not what I ordered. I ordered and paid extra for the deluxe (which was supposed to be something close to the picture) and the actual arrangement had around 1/2 the number of flowers pictured in the deluxe. I tried them again a year later. I ordered early and paid the extra to get it delivered on Valentine's day. They did not deliver on Valentine's Day.
I was notified that my order had been delivered at around 3pm but actually it was not delivered until around 6pm according to the front desk of the apartment building. I called the help number and the woman put me on hold for over 45 minutes. By then the front desk of the apartment building said it had been delivered. She never came back on the line so I just hung up
Overall very positive. Love the fact when I call customer service, I get immediate, prompt and accurate response which is hassel free
The flower arrangement was delivered as was requested. They were very lovely, just as pictured online.

I am not satisfied at all
1. I was told flowers would/ could delivered on Saturday which they couldn't at because UPS had no Saturday delivery
2 flowers arrived on Monday after sitting all weekend in a warehouse leaves are already falling off and flowers have browned in spots
3 we talked to 3 of your representatives on Saturday only to receive no satisfaction or call backs that we would get
4 we asked to speak to a supervisor for a ledger of apology for your incompetence but have received nothing but dying flowers and a sad face

Wasn't happy
I picked the premium arrangement thinking that it would be awesome, but what was delivered was nothing like the picture showed - what we received was not a $60 arrangement.
These people are a joke. Buy from real florists or do your due diligence when shopping for flowers. If you buy into their "same day delivery" good luck..., just buy from them and experience for yourself. I would have rather be late but show up with a stunning flower arrangement than having to deal with so much incompetence from these people. No wonder all their reviews no matter where you go to are negative. Not only they failed to delivery the day and time they were supposed to, but they sent the flowers the following day to the restaurant where I was having dinner with my wife the night before. In one word how would you call that?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
