Seeing a picture of the flowers that were delivered, I was disappointed in the fact that they did not look as attractive as the picture of the arrangement I ordered. Know that everyone arranges flowers differently but the arrangement was not done to be eye appealing!.

No big complaint, but would have preferred the basket to have looked like a bird nest. The picture shown that I ordered from was a bird nest basket with flowers and a bird on the flowers. I new the basket might be a little different, but part of why I liked it was because on the bird nest. The one that came was just an ordinary basket.
The site is easy to use and last order I made arrived timely and well arranged.
Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive on the day scheduled and no notice was provided until I inquired about their whereabouts? But new arrangements were made and they were delivered on time and lovely.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
