Complete rip off! I paid $53 dollars for a nice flower bouquet that had roses in it. The picture showed a full bouquet and what my grandma received was 4 flowers and some carnations and the vase was pretty much empty! This was the worst experience I've ever had! Too much money and too little flowers. I will never be ordering from this site again. Extremely disappointed that I spent so much money on this.
If you would like pictures of what I received I will send them. Compaired to the picture on your site these look completely different.

It was for a boy baby which I mentioned and they received a white and pink teddy bear. Not so happy about that. Not even a blue ribbon around the bear's neck. Even the flowers weren't very boy babyish. I think you could do better. Sorry. But the delivery and price were great!
Overall experience was good. My wife loved her 2 dozen lavender purple roses which were perfect. A bit pricey but it was worth it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
