My Flowers that were delivered were not fresh flowers, I'm very disappointed in the delivery.

I sent flowers to my sister early enough before the Valentines rush. She just lost her husband, and I thought this will put a smile on her face. No flowers on the delivery date (13th) nor on the 14th. No communication was given to me or the recipient that it is going to be delivered late. This is so unacceptable! I could have ordered it somewhere else if I knew that this company is not reliable. They need to let your clients know if you come across a problem. I emailed twice and no response.
