This is my first time to order from this website, and shopping was pretty easy and straight forward and delivery was on time. However, I wish that a picture was sent to the buyer when delivery was confirmed so I would know what I paid for. Ratings and feedback will be more reliable if you have an idea of the actual product and not just rely on the recipients feedback, which I would think will always be positive. I wish true next day delivery was available for the item selected. Several items, including the one I selected, were marked next day delivery but during checkout indicated they could not be delivered for 2-3 days. The Godiva chocolate basket was ordered on Sunday and delivered Tuesday. (The item I really wanted couldn't be delivered until Wednesday.) Other than not being available for next day delivery, it was much enjoyed by the patient.

It's hard to say I would shop here again since this was my first time and I am hoping the flowers are very fresh and as beautiful as the picture. After receiving a picture from the recipient I saw that the Fresia were wilted, tulips were missing and for the price I paid, the presentation was poor.
The representatives had me on hold for a ridiculously long time. Although a discount was applied for the delivery delay and poor quality, I was embarrassed since the flowers were for my boss. How do I explain to him that at least I got a discount.
I learned and now will continue to do business with my local florist.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
