Bouquet was listed as $27, but in final order screen was suddenly $34. Upon arrival, the bouquet did not match the colours or style represented in the photo. I won't be ordering from your site again. A seven dollar hidden fee for a product that doesn't match the order is not good business.

My sister passed and I couldn't be there for her funeral because I fractured my tail bone. Could not sit that long on a plane from Reno to Florida.

The service was relatively easy to use. They delivered very promptly and on the same day. I gave a low rating because the flowers my daughter received were very nice, but not at all what I had chosen. I plan to follow up with the company.

I have ordered from From You Flowers several times. This time I was not happy with the delivery. I gave the address to deliver the flowers instead they delivered them to our headquarters around 3:30 then had to get direction to the address they were supposed to deliver the flowers which caused a little more delay. Lucky my daughter was still at work to get the flowers for her anniversary. Even though I was not pleased with the late delivery I will still order From You Flowers.

I forgot my password when I tried to check on my order the other day. So I checked with my Bank and your money was on hold. Thank You so much for the Basket of fruit that you delivered they were surprised.

WE ORDERED THE DELUX FOR $68 DELIVERED. The vase is very small with about 6-7 flowers and green stuff. Not a very good value.
I will go back to 1-800-flowers next time
