Everything seemed great until I received my flowers, the moment they were delivered they appeared wilted and dying and by day two most were completely dead. Absolutely horrible especially when I upgraded to the most expensive package I could in hopes they would last instead they didn't even make it to my house before wilting.
We have always thought your flowers are beautiful and affordable, and your service has been extremely reliable. Living overseas and being far from family, you make it so that we can still celebrate all the special occasions. That means a lot! Thanks a bunch for all you do!

Site was user friendly. Nice arrangements. I like that you use a florist instead of mailing the flowers. The only thing I DIDN'T like was that the delivery fee didn't show up until the very end. The couple we sent them to said one type of flower was a little wilty but the arrangement was good and the vase was pretty.

I did not get the same basket as I saw online. It was completely different. I sent an email showing the picture of the basket I ordered next to the one received. I'm very disappointed. I could've put a nicer basket together. They delivered it on time.
The flowers had been without water for a day and a half. They were in a box delivered by UPS which had originated who knows where, went to Arlington, Texas, then to Dallas, then to Rockford, IL, then to the Denver area, and finally to Trinidad, Colorado. They'd not been cut correctly; they were wilting. I cut the stems down correctly and arranged them as best I could. I'm very unhappy with the quality and will never order from fromyouflowers.com again.
