Ordered item showed up late, when i called customer service, I was referred to contact UPS. I will not use this site again. The item ordered while nice showed up late for the party by over 4 hours.

This is my second order. Last time was flawless, this time I was disappointed. I selected a predominantly purple arrangement from the photos, peach colored roses were delivered. They're beautiful but my sister's favorite color is purple. Maybe I missed something in the description? I'm not sure. Delivery was amazingly fast, though. That's a definite plus.
Quick and simple. I was wanting flowers delivered as a very last minute idea. It was pulled off flawlessly.
Well I thought i was ordering Item# FTD-17-M2 Deluxe which the main color described and pictured was purple/ violet which is my Mom's favorite color. Instead an all pink banquet was delivered, so that was disappointing.
