I think overall everything went well. The only thing I noticed is the vase that the flowers came in was not the same one I thought would come with it. The one I thought was gonna have a cross on it. No biggie but I liked that base better than the one that was sent with the flowers.

The price was good, but your website would not save the order I placed when I had to leave the site. I had to keep re -entering my order. I did not receive an email or any notice that my order was delivered. I had to call to find out what was going on. Then I find out my order was not delivered until late. I will never use this company again!

I wish I had a comparison picture for the sizes. I thought by purchasing the "premium" size plant that it would be bigger, like floor size.

I thought you were different from the others with 'add on' costs at the end. But nope, even worse! You didn't add the 14.99 'handling' fee until the very last screen. You got this order b/c I didn't feel like re-doing everything, but it's the one and only time. Edit: I received an offer for free S/H for life, post order.

So far it's been good. Will make final review upon prompt satisfed delivery! Delivery received timely and satisfactory. Roses are full stems and picture shows them cut to fit size of vase which makes it not as beautiful as picture. (But a simple fix) Not sure all recipients know to cut stems down. Based on websites wording I was under the impression flowers were arranged by local shop prior to delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
