Love the site and ease of ordering! I used your site last year for the first time ordering and sending flowers out of state and they were perfect! Identical to the picture and recipient was thrilled too. Hoping for the same result this year!
The flowers show up 2 hours after. They said they were delivered. The flowers looked like they were in a freezer. Too long
Always a good experience. I got the day wrong on a Birthday. I called and was so happy they could change the delivery date for me, and were very gracious about it as well. (This was literally on the same day as the birthday, they really saved the day).

Flowers were not in bloom which made the presentation really sad. It would be nice to have a guarantee it would show up in bloom or only offer presentations that can appear as presented on website.
This was the only site that would allow next day fruit baskets to be shipped. Reasonable price too. Hoping the basket is how it is pictured.

After going through the entire process of selecting and agreeing with family on the price, I select the paypal payment method and find there is a $14.99 service/handling fee. It would have been nice to have seen that in the total before I went into payment. It was an unexpected expense. I'm not happy about it.
The information I read on the website made it appear as if the flowers I sent would be delivered by a local florist not UPS. Also, the picture I received from the recipient looked nothing like the picture on your website. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER order from this site again!
