$15 service/handling fee. Needs to be disclosed before you start the order. Entered everything got to the very, very last screen and a fee that was not disclosed anywhere in the process. I would have paid regardless, but let me know when I start the order, not try and slide it in at the end.
The recipient of my delivery lives in another state. She stated the plant is beautiful. She was very pleased and heartfelt with the appearance and packing as delivered.
