The 14.99 charge was a surprise! And I was shown one price on initial webpage then given a higher price at check out. Also message was misprinted from original! Words had huge spacing between letters!

My first shopping experience wasn't what I wished for. The flowers didn't make it on time and I had to wait an extra day. But every other purchase has gone smoother and hopefully this one does as well.
Update:
This time around wasn't all I expected. It only had a few flowers and I pictured it a lot bigger like the ones I ordered before... a bit of a disappointment considering the fact that it was my mothers birthday.
I guess for the delivered price it is a good deal: expected more floral display, BUT SHE IS HAPPY!
