I was upset because someone called my daughter to let her know flowers were coming and to make sure she would be home. I knew she would be home, that's why I ordered them delivered to her at home. They were meant to be a surprise.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
